RTC is a non profit organization that is working to bring health

technologies to those who often have the greatest needs, and yet the
fewest resources.
There are several organizations involved. The patents are owned by
MedCom Technology Associates, Inc. With each of their IP products,
MedCom has licensed all of the non profit patent rights to RTC. The patents are:
